Neon dots are so fun!  They are super-thin, and have a matte finish.  You can unleash your creativity and have tons of fun creating wild designs with these dots.   The neon dots can easily be mixed into clear acrylic powder, encapsulated in hard gel, or pressed into wet gel polish and then encapsulated.
