Sweet 16 is an awesome blend of holographic, pearl, and matte circles!  It's the girlies, flashiest, most fun glitter, and one of my favorites!  It looks like a disco party.  It would be best encapsulated in acrylic or hard gel.  

Sweet 16 is a super-high quality glitters, and made with cosmetic grade films, and it will not fade, dull or run when used with gel or acrylic.
