Believe it or not, this technique from @wildflowersnails is super easy!

Begin by polishing the nails with a deep red or purple color - try Wildflowers Shiraz or Cranberries.

The apply a coat of the Wildflowers Red Gold Cateye Gel.  Use the magnet face up on both sides to turn the particles up for a full shimmer effect.  Cure.

Next apply the Wildflowers Matte Topcoat.

Use the Wildflowers Gold Brush and Clear Puffy Gel to apply beautiful swirls to the nails, and cure.
