PLEASE READ. These are the Terms & Conditions that EVERY buyer must agree to before making a purchase from Wildflowers and wildflowersnails.com.

By making a purchase on www.wildflowersnails.com you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions of making a purchase from Wildflowers Studios as written on this page and agree to abide by them.

All sales are final. Wildflowers sells cosmetic products, and once a product leaves our facility, the sale is final.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

By making a purchase, the buyer agrees that they understand the product’s description on the website and agree to the purchase. If you have questions regarding products, please contact info@wildflowersnails.com before making your purchase and thus agreeing to these terms.

If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open the item. You have 20 business days from the date of purchase to notify info@wildflowersnails.com of the error. You must provide your order number, a picture of your packing slip, and a picture of the products you received. Wildflowers will send you a prepaid shipping label via email and you can use the same box to return incorrect items, and refund or replace the correct items at no cost to you.

If an item is missing from your order, you have 20 business days from the date of purchase to notify info@wildflowersnails.com of the error. You must provide your order number, a picture of your packing slip, a picture of the box, outside and inside contents. This is to determine if damage and loss may have occurred during shipment.

It is normal for our products to experience a small amount of leaking during shipment. We take every action to avoid this, but in some cases, it is unavoidable and should be expected. If you feel the content that leaked is abnormal, please contact info@wildflowersnails.com and see the DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING section.

SHIPPING

The volume of orders that Wildflowers receives daily can vary greatly, and may cause longer than usual processing times. Wildflowers makes no guarantee that orders will be fulfilled the day of order.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Wildflowers is not the shipping service provider, and cannot guarantee shipping times.

Wildflowers determines the best shipping method for standard and free shipping orders. Wildflowers ships to the address provided by the buyer, and will not be held responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address, or for incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the buyer.

UPS and FEDEX shipping options do not ship to PO Box addresses. If you selected UPS or FEDEX service and provide a PO Box address or the service you selected in not available, Wildflowers will ship your package however we see fit, and refunds will not be provided.

UPS and FEDEX do not make weekend deliveries. If you select an Overnight option and your order is processed on Friday, Wildflowers will ship for arrival on Monday. 

Wildflowers may combine multiple orders to the same customer into one shipment. If you receive a package with combined orders, you may request a product credit up to $7 total in exchange for the shipping paid. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for any customs or duty taxes that their country may charge to receive any package. If the buyer refuses to pay, and the package is returned to Wildflowers see the RETURNS section.  Wildflowers provides accurate price information for customs. 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must notify info@wildflowersnails.com within 48 hours of your package delivery. This will result in Wildflowers making a claim with the shipping service provider. To help us expedite the replacement of your product if it is deemed damaged, the claim we must file requires pictures of the box (outside and inside indicating any damage) and the contents inside, and we will need you to provide that for us. The claim will not delay the replacement of your product once we receive the photos. 

MISSING PACKAGES

If you believe your shipment was not delivered or stolen, you must notify info@wildflowersnails.com after 3 days and not more the 30 business days of your package delivery estimate. We will provide you with all the sales information required for you to make a claim with the shipping service provider directly to recoup the value of your items. More lost/stolen shipping claims are won when the receiving party, the buyer, makes the claim. We are here to help!

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted.

If any orders are returned to Wildflowers, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional shipping charges to recover their products. This includes products returned from our shipping services as undeliverable or insufficient, as it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide their correct address. This includes products returned because customs or duty taxes were not paid, or a product was not claimed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that you believe is defective, you have 20 business days from the date of purchase to notify info@wildflowersnails.com of the defective product. Wildflowers has the right to examine all products for defects before providing a replacement product or product credit. Shipping charges will only be paid by Wildflowers once a product is determined by Wildflowers to be defective.

CLASSES

Classes are NON-REFUNDABLE.  In the event that a class gets cancelled, students will be fully refunded.
