How We Ship

Wildflowers is a small, family-run studio. We pack and ship orders Mondays and select Fridays.

This isn't a limitation — it's how we work. One artist, intentional ship days, and careful attention to every order that leaves our hands.


Ship Days & Processing

Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday ship that same Monday.
Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday ship the following Monday (or Friday, if it's a shipping week).

We ship every Monday and every other Friday. Friday ship dates are announced via email and social media at the beginning of each month.

If you need something urgently, plan ahead. We don't offer same-day or next-day fulfillment.


Shipping Methods

Once your order leaves our studio, carrier delivery times apply:

Standard Shipping — 
Delivery typically 3–5 business days after ship date.

USPS Priority Mail — 
Delivery typically 2–3 business days after ship date via USPS Priority.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery.


Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking becomes active once the carrier scans your package into their system — usually within 24 hours of pickup.


Domestic & International

We ship within the United States and to select international locations.

International orders:

  • Ship via USPS Priority Mail International
  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

What We Can't Control

We pack your order with care. Once it's in the carrier's hands, we have no control over delivery speed, route changes, or delays.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us. We'll work with you to file a claim or find a solution.


Delays & Issues

If there's an issue with your order (wrong address, missing items, etc.), text us immediately at 239-771-0675.

We can't guarantee we'll catch errors before the next shipment, but we'll do our best.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number.


A Note on Expectations

We're not Amazon. We're Wildflowers.

We're a small-batch nail brand run by one person (and Jennifer, who helps pack). We ship twice a week because that's what allows us to maintain quality, pack thoughtfully, and include free gifts in every order.

The kind of customer who values craft, intention, and artistry will understand this. If you need instant gratification, we're probably not the right fit — and that's okay.
