Gel Polish - Antique
Where does the name come from?
I remember getting my first "grown-up" furniture in my room when I was a pre-teen. I didn't understand what was so special about it, but my parents kept going on about the "finish" on the wood and how fancy it was - and expensive, they most definitely let me know about that. It had a white wax antique finish. I was so confused; the only finish I ever knew about was just the smelly stuff in a can. This gel polish is just like a white wax antique finish - so fancy!
"Antique" is a beautiful sheer white. It's best used to create a milk-bath look or to make a color or artwork look antiqued with a white haze.
