Glitter - Sea Glass

Sea Glass is a fascinating blend of prefect circle shaped glitters.  It looks incredibly beautiful encapsulated in hard gel, or clear acrylic.  It can also be hand-placed into gel polish to use for nail art designs.  The pieces are very thin, and easy to work with.
